We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of product delivery. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition (unused, unopened, and with all tags intact).
- Include all original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch confirmation email).
Conditions for Returns
Unwanted Items: If you wish to return an item, ensure it is in a resellable condition (unused and unopened). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Clearance Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during clearance sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return?
To begin the return process:
- Contact us at info@sendelightgifts.com with your order reference number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

The shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable as it covers the entire order.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are welcome. If the replacement item differs in price, the customer must cover the price difference.
- For exchanges made due to personal preferences (not a fault on our part), customers are responsible for both the return and replacement shipping costs.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:

- For items returned due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
